Amir has devoted his life to the restaurant industry since the 80’s. He occupied positions in in varying roles from General Manager and Multi-Unit Leader to business partner and Multi-Concept Owner and Franchisee.
Amir has been instrumental in the development and operations of numerous individual and multi-unit owned restaurants and retail shops.
Amir is a proven expert in Restaurant, Hotel and Retail Shops Equipment, Computers (BOH/FOH), Wireless Communication, POS systems (stationary and portables), KDS and Printers, and has mastered the essential art of building long lasting relationships.
Amir is as much a systems and equipment analyst as he is a consultant. He creates systems and recommends equipment that ensure the long-term growth and responsible profit for his clients.
Amir graduated with a Bachelor Degree (BS) in Computer Science. He is bilingual and fluent in English and Farsi.
Amir is married to Farah, a Supervisor and Instructor in the Medical Field, and they reside in Southern California.
